Hiram Ely III Arbitration & Mediation

Hiram Ely III is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group in the Louisville, Kentucky office of the law firm of Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC, and he is Chair of the firm's Alternative Dispute Resolution Team.  He has over 30 years of business litigation experience, including as lead counsel in more than 50 jury trials.  He serves as outside general counsel for several businesses and is a certified mediator and arbitrator, including as a listed neutral for the American Health Lawyers Association and the National Arbitration Forum.  Hiram is a past Chairman of the Litigation Section of the Louisville Bar Association and has experience in handling healthcare, trade secret, non-competition, product liability, tax court, insurance, condemnation, antitrust, and securities matters, among others.
